Water damage repairs after toilet leak in basement
This home in Sartell, Mn suffered water damage throughout the lower level after the toilet leaked throughout the night on a weekend. The homeowners contacted SERVPRO of St. Cloud after discussing a claim with their insurance company. When we arrived at their home after normal business hours, we found the carpet and pad extremely wet and needed to be removed. A portion of the drywall in the living room also needed to be removed. We set up air movers and dehumdifiers so the materials could dry out. The homeowners were extremely thankful as this happened during the weekend hours.
