Be the joy & stay positive during these times!

Unprecedented Times

Across the United States, everyone is experiencing change in numerous types of ways. When all of this change is occurring it can bring moments of fear, doubt, and sorrow. That is why you must choose to see the happiness and light in the situation.

Be the Joy 

Being the joy is very important in these unprecedented times. You may be the joy for yourself or others. It is very important to stay positive. 

Ways to be the Joy:

- Ask someone to go for a walk (While social distancing!)

- Send a family member or friend a nice text message

- Bake (Makes the house smell good??)

- Write down your thoughts for the day

There are several different ways to be the joy and stay positive during these times. Take those extra minutes every day to do something for you or someone else!

Keep that frown turned upside down! Meaning SMILE! Always keep that beautiful smile during these times. By doing this you will stay positive, and others will be positive in return after seeing your smiles!
